Kactus – The Hidden Treehouse Beach Resort is located on one of the last untouched islands in Cambodia in a pristine, natural and wild environment protected from roads and other concrete development.
Living our island dream, we view ourselves connected to create and share a communal living space where everyone is encouraged to express their true self and we need YOU to make this happen!
Our goal is to provide a space where our guests and volunteers can experience living close to nature, discover Khmer and Western food, and promote personal growth and healing through yoga, art, books, music, community life, and much more…

JOBS & SKILLS
We would mainly need help with waitering, bar-tending and making our guests feel pampered, as well as helping with beach cleaning, construction, gardening, and graciously beautifying our space to welcome our guests in a clean and comfortable environment.
We are also looking for people who can teach meditation, yoga, martial arts, alternative healing and medicines, and would welcome people with specific skills in these areas to lead projects.
Finally, we always need help getting the word out to the world and welcome all content creators, Instagrammers, bloggers and social media influencers to share their experience on the island.
Please note that in order to fully experience life and work at our beach resort, we require our volunteers a minimum 3-week stay.

OUR PART
– We will welcome you as a part of the family
– We provide a loving living space, where you can share your skills
– You get opportunities to grow & learn new things.
– You get accommodation & 3 meals & 1 soft drink/beer every day for free.
– If you have special wishes, and if you are staying at least 1 month, you get a 50% discount on our menu.
YOUR PART
– You are open to bringing yourself into our community life
– You want to share your skills
– You volunteer 5-6 hours a day for 5 days a week
– 2 days you are completely free
